Flexibility is quite often a misunderstood principle, but most
of us know it is important to golf. Before we discuss
flexibility and its relevance to golf we need to start with:
'What in the #$%#%$#% is flexibility anyways?'
It is a simple question yet one that is not easy to answer. I

Televised sporting events have been common place for sports
such as baseball, basketball, and football. However, other
lesser known competitive sports are making their mark on cable
television. Cable television networks such as the OLN are a

broadcast the 'Teva Mountain Games' this past June. Kayakers,
bikers, and rafters were among many adventure athletes that were
showcased.

I recently received an interesting question in a photography
email group that I subscribe to, and felt compelled to share it
with fellow Notebook readers. It read basically like this: ?I am
interested in knowing what purposes all of you feel photography

photography fill?? A rather simple question at first glance- or

The world is quickly moving away from the culture of disposable goods and, so far as the environment is concerned, good riddance to that culture. Refillable lighters represent one of the most-popular ways people have found to save money and landfill space. Of course, they also have a lot of style. The explosion of new designs has made sure that almost anyone can find a model that suits them to a "T". Butane torch lighters tend to turn heads. It's hard not to look when one catches sight of a ...

Golf and fishing could not be more different but they both have
something in common and that being is, how they give enjoyment
and pleasure to all who participate in the sport. For most
people they are hobbies and for others it is how they make their
living. You can earn big money as a professional golfer. May I
suggest if you do not play golf and think the sport is not for
you then think again? The proof of the pudding is in the eating.
If it is the Rupert bear yellow checked pants, red jumper ...
